If you need a new access code: select "Get a new one," enter your purchase email, then tap "Send a new code" to receive it via email.
For persistent login issues, contact the support team through the Contact Us form on the Yoga Flow website.
To remove your personal data from Yoga Flow, navigate to the Settings tab and select Personal Details. Then tap the Delete personal data button. To confirm deletion, you must type "DELETE" in the designated field.
Alternatively, you can access Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account.
Important: Once your user information (including progress and settings) is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You may also submit a deletion request through the Contact Us form on the website.
First, verify your internet connection is stable. If using cellular data, switching to Wi-Fi may help. Additionally, disable any VPN or proxy software, as these can reduce connection speed.
